• In good standing (no outstanding lease violations, balances due, etc.) 
• At least 60 days left in the lease agreement or a signed renewal agreement. 
• Executed Resident Hosting lease addendum. 
• Review the Hosting Rules located in the resident portal. 
• Obtain a short-term rental permit from their city (if required by local jurisdiction).

Yes. Each community sets a night cap, typically 90-120 nights per year. This limit helps ensure the apartment remains the resident’s primary residence. Visit the property’s Airbnb information page for information on your building’s annual cap.

Yes. Generally 10%-15% are allowed to participate in the program on a first come, first serve basis.
